What we collect and why
Contact and quote forms: your name, email, phone, company, and message are used solely to answer your request and prepare a proposal (pre-contractual measures). Newsletter: your email is used to send our news, on the basis of your consent, until you unsubscribe.
Recipients
No sale or rental of your data, ever. Technical recipients only: our email provider (Mailjet, for transactional mail) and our database host. No advertising profiling.
Retention
Prospect messages and quotes: 3 years from our last exchange. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe — your address is then kept on a suppression list so we never contact you again. Spam and abuse attempts: 13 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, to object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time (newsletter: one click in any email). Write to [email protected] — we reply within one month. You may also complain to the Tunisian data-protection authority (INPDP) or, if you are in the EU, to your national supervisory authority.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no audience-measurement tool. Only strictly necessary storage is used: language preference, admin session (HttpOnly), and interface theme.
Recruitment
Job applications: your name, contact details, background, cover letter and CV are used solely to run the hiring process (pre-contractual measures). With your explicit opt-in, we keep your profile in our talent pool for up to 2 years; without it, unsuccessful applications are deleted within 6 months of our decision. Hired candidates' data follows employment-record rules. Storage: our database, our document storage, and the hiring team's mailboxes. You may request access, correction, export or deletion at any time at [email protected] — we reply within one month.
